Well, let me start with the real life week. It has been a very good one, the exams are taking a long time but they are going very smooth. Of course reading and studying are mainly on the program but I also take some time for music, picture editing and photographing. It seems that till now I am having more free time than I expected and that seems to be working just fine.


Since I have more time than I expected for myself it is time that at last I submit my first News Article. It is nothing special, just a feature. All I need from you is notes from the ones that want to be featured. If you help me in this way I will find those who really need them and I will support them effeciently I hope. Of course for you reading this journal it is almost an obligation to inform your friends and other deviants about this feature since you will be helping them The terms of someone of you being in the feature will differ from case to case and no, it is not going to be pageviews. What do I mean? I mean that the low rate pageviews is not going to be the feature's only criteria and it will be more than that. Please, do trust me on that


Many of you have noticed that lately I have been trying to complete in action what I have been saying in words: The fact that I am here not only for my own pleasure, but to support (but really support) my fellow artists. Many of you may have received supportive comments, which do not contain words like "OMG THIS IS AWESOME" and "WOW""OMG" etc...but try to show the good points of the photo each time and also highlight what could be altered. By doing so I try to inspire people to do the same thing because I believe with these kind of comments artists get always better. So, do not be afraid if the artist you comment on is super, or has 56 trillion pageviws. Just comment on his piece you admire and you like. And if you point out some parts you believe that can be better do not hesitate to do so because most of them will appreciate it, like many fabulous artists I commented on that are much much much much way better than me still thank me deeply for my constructive feedback.

As some of you may have noticed lately I am quite inactive about uploading new photos and other stuff. However I do still comment on other artworks, fav pictures and concepts that appreciate and like. I want to assure you that I have not given up on dA and I will be back as soon as my exams at school have finished with new ( I hope) art and more activity.
All your recent pieces are just wonderful, very inspiring and creative indeed and that is a fact that pleases me a lot. So , keep up your amazing work!


On the last journal I asked you for some idead about how the judging should be in order to feature new and unknown artists in my upcoming news article.
I has very happy to see that only a very small amount of deviants voted for pageviews and a lot more would like a new way of judging to be presented in order for other artists to be critiqued. However, I would really appreciate it if you could comment on the poll about what do you mean with general activity, I have some fresh ideas that you may like. You can send me a note any time you like stating your opinions and your points of view.

This journal's featured artists would be those who create art for their own pleasing

After some days of consideration I have decided that I will be making a News Article to feature artists that do not get much attention although their work is rather beautiful. Nothing special but a considerate gesture to all the co-artists that need to be watched/faved and generally known to the open public.

However, I am not sure yet about what the limitations should be in order to be called "new" artists...is it pageviews? photoviews? favorited artworks? I will think about it..and maybe you can help! I will post a poll to ask you about it. It would be nice of you helped me out a bit.

This week has been rather quite for me...Everyday school, lessons, music, guitar and of course a lot of photography...I have been on a trip to Larisa and Leptokarya, which I really liked and got some amazing shots from there. Some of you may have already noticed...Exams are coming really soon, about a week from now, so I guess I won't be around for some time...at least not as much as so far...


I have noticed a lot of activity to my blog and my photos lately...I don't know why but I am happy with it, although it's not my priority...I am most happy that almost every week I feature one or more artists in dA. I am really grateful when people are known through me and I am glad I make them happy.
Keep up the great work co-artists!! I am here to support you!
